Bonuxo is a digital loyalty platform for local businesses: it replaces the paper punch card with a card on the customer's phone, saved in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with no app for the customer to download. Businesses choose one of five card types, customers join by scanning a QR code, the business records purchases at the counter with the Scanner app, and notifications reach the customer as pushes on the wallet card, not as SMS or WhatsApp messages.
A business creates an account, designs its card, and puts a sign-up QR code on the counter. Each customer who joins gets the card in their wallet, and from then on it updates itself whenever they earn a stamp or points, get close to a reward or receive a coupon. The business can see who came back and who did not, and can reach customers with campaigns and automatic notices.

What Bonuxo is not
Limits to quote precisely
- It is not an app that customers have to download.
- It is not a payment processor: memberships are recorded in Bonuxo but collected by the business.
- Online payment for the subscription is not available yet. During the trial there is nothing to pay, and at the end of it payment is coordinated with our team.
- The privacy policy, terms, cookie notice and data deletion page are available in English, but they are general texts. Legal texts specific to your country are not available yet.
- Marketing emails to your customers are not available in English yet. Notifications to your customers go to the wallet card.
- There is no SMS or WhatsApp channel to your customers.
- There are no ready-made integrations with point-of-sale systems used in your country yet. A developer can connect any POS or register through the POS API and signed webhooks.
